The fresh products are the base of the cuisine, finding dishes in à la carte menu as grill of vegetables, sauté of vegetables and oyster mushrooms with shrimp, bites of sirloin stuffed with cabrales mousse, grill of small cuttlefishes and small squids on noodles of squid to the perfume of garlic.
The wine list offers broths of Somontano’s zone, Rioja, Borja, Cariñena and Navarre. In the bar - the cafeteria there offers a menu of various suggestions, sandwiches, for a more informal or light dinner.

Guide to Zaragoza
Zaragoza, the capital of Aragon, has all the attractions of a modern, populous city with excellent avenues, such as that of Independencia, Sagasta, Gran Via and squares, such as that of Paraiso, Los Sitios... The Zaragoza's appeal lies in the fact that it has been left relatively untouched by tourism: most travelers know it only as a station on the way from Barcelona to Madrid.
